Make an AI music video: the tool pipeline

You do not need a studio to make a watchable short. This path chains four AI tools, each with its own glunty cheat sheet, from a hook to animated, voiced shots you can cut together. Draft cheap at every step and only spend credits on the takes that win.

You will make: A short, shareable music-video preview: a hook, matching keyframes, and a few animated shots.

  1. Suno: write the hook

    In Custom mode, write a 30 second hook with the BPM locked, and extend it only if the hook is a keeper. This anchors the mood and tempo for the visuals.

  2. Midjourney or Ideogram: keyframes

    Generate a character sheet, then 3 keyframes that match the song's mood. If a shot needs readable on-image text, use Ideogram instead.

  3. Kling: animate the shots

    Turn each keyframe into motion with a storyboard, using an @element from a short face clip so the character stays consistent across shots.

  4. ElevenLabs: voice and dialogue

    Generate any spoken lines or narration, using bracketed delivery cues rather than SSML breaks for natural emphasis.

  5. Beautify + assemble

    Frame a clean thumbnail in Beautify a Screenshot, then cut the shots together in a free editor like CapCut or DaVinci.

Pass check: You have a hook, matching keyframes, and at least a few animated shots that feel like one piece.
