Combine PDFs, drop or reorder pages, rotate, and extract - all in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Everything stays in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Runs entirely in your browser. Your PDFs are read locally and never uploaded; open DevTools and watch the Network tab to verify zero requests while you edit and download.

What this tool does

This is a browser-based PDF toolkit for the everyday jobs that usually push people toward bloated desktop apps or upload-your-file websites: merging several PDFs into one, reordering pages, rotating pages that came in sideways, deleting pages you do not need, and extracting a handful of pages into a fresh document. You load one or more PDFs, rearrange the page thumbnails, and download the result. The editing happens with local JavaScript, so your files are never sent anywhere.

How to use it

Drop one or more PDFs onto the box, or click Choose PDFs. Each page appears as a thumbnail. Use the arrows on a page to move it earlier or later, the rotate buttons to turn it 90 degrees, and the delete button to drop it. To merge documents, just add several files: their pages all land in the same grid, ready to arrange. When the order looks right, click Download PDF to save a single combined file, or tick the pages you want and click Extract selected to PDF to split a subset into its own document.

Common use cases

  • Combining a cover letter, resume, and portfolio into one PDF to send.
  • Merging scanned pages that arrived as separate files.
  • Rotating pages from a scanner that saved them sideways or upside down.
  • Deleting blank or duplicate pages before sharing a document.
  • Pulling a few pages out of a long report to send just the relevant section.

Common pitfalls

  • Large scans are heavy. High-resolution scanned PDFs use a lot of memory to render thumbnails. If a very large file feels slow, work on fewer pages at a time.
  • Rotation is applied on download. The thumbnail shows the rotation you set; the actual rotated PDF is built when you click download, so always download to keep changes.
  • Extract vs. download. Download PDF saves every page in the grid; Extract selected saves only the ticked pages. Pick the one that matches what you want to keep.
  • Encrypted PDFs. Password-protected files must be unlocked before editing; the toolkit works on standard, non-encrypted PDFs.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?
No. All page rendering and editing happens entirely in your browser using local JavaScript libraries. Your files never leave your device. You can confirm this by opening DevTools and watching the Network tab while you work: merging, rotating, and downloading make zero requests. The only network call the page ever makes is a one-time license-key check if you unlock Pro.
What can the PDF toolkit do?
It combines multiple PDFs into one, reorders pages by moving them, rotates pages left or right, deletes pages you do not want, and extracts a selection of pages into a new PDF. You load one or more PDFs, arrange the page thumbnails, and download the result. It is a fast way to clean up, merge, or split documents without installing anything.
Is it free?
Yes, completely free: full merge, reorder, rotate, delete, and extract, with no watermark and no sign-up. Very large jobs are capped at 30 files and 500 pages to keep your browser stable, because all processing happens on your own device rather than a server. A Pro tier with more premium tools is planned for the future.
Does it work offline?
Once the page has loaded, the editing tools run locally, so the core features keep working without a connection. The only thing that needs the network is validating a Pro license key the first time you unlock it.
What page rotations and orders are preserved?
When you download, the toolkit rebuilds a fresh PDF with your pages in the exact order shown, applying any rotations you set. Existing page content, text, and vector graphics are copied through as-is; nothing is rasterized or degraded.
How do refunds work for Pro?
Pro is sold through a Merchant-of-Record checkout that handles billing, receipts, and refunds. Because the tool runs in your browser, you can fully try the free tier first, so you know exactly what you are buying before you unlock Pro.
