It is not a moral failure

You are not weak. You are running a program someone trained into you: trigger, reward, repeat. The vice is not your character - it is a loop firing on autopilot. Stop hating yourself and start reading the code.

Name the exact thing out loud right now. The doomscroll, the vape, the nightly weed. Say what owns you.
  2. 02

AI is the axe, not the buddy

It will not do the reps for you. A wood axe does not fell the tree - the arm does. AI maps your loop and hands you the plan; you swing. You are the operator here, not the passenger.

  3. 03

    Make AI interview you

You cannot beat a loop you cannot see. Do not ask for tips - order the tool to interrogate you. When does the urge fire? Where are you? What feeling hits first? Answer honest and the pattern shows itself.

Paste into AI: 'Interview me about my vice. Ask when, where, and what feeling fires it. One question at a time.' Answer all of them.
  4. 04

    Guilt is the glue

Every time you shame-spiral, you feed the loop the exact stress it runs on. Guilt does not stop you - it reloads you. Drop the drama. This is an engineering problem, not a confession.

  5. 05

Find the trigger, find the kill

The urge does not come from nowhere. It has a cue: a time, a place, a feeling, an icon lighting up on your screen. Every autopilot has a launch button. Circle yours.

From the interview, write your top 3 triggers in a note. Time, place, feeling. That note is your map - log it now.
  6. 06

    20 seconds kills autopilot

Autopilot only works when the vice is effortless. Add friction and the spell breaks. Log out. Delete the app. Move the vape to the car, the far room, the garage. Twenty extra seconds is enough for your brain to wake up and choose.

Do one friction move this second. Log out, delete the app, or move the thing. Then log what you did.
  7. 07

    The vice is medicine

Nobody scrolls for joy at midnight. You are dosing something - stress, loneliness, boredom, dread. The vice is a bad answer to a real question. Find the question and the vice loses its job.

Ask AI: 'Based on my triggers, what need am I actually medicating?' Sit with the answer even if it stings. Write it down.
  8. 08

    11pm is the boss level

Willpower is not a plan. Boredom and late night are when the loop wins, every time. If you do not decide what you do instead before you get there, the autopilot decides for you.

Pick your two danger windows. Write one specific thing you do instead in each. Not 'relax' - name it. Log both.
  9. 09

Replace it or it comes back Friday

Rip out the vice and leave a hole, and the loop refills it by the weekend. The reward was real - the hit, the numb, the break. You need a new reward in the same slot, or you are just white-knuckling until you lose.

Ask AI for 5 replacements that give the same payoff faster. Pick one. Put it where the vice used to sit.
  10. 10

One slip is not game over

Slipping once and quitting is the only real failure. Operators do not rage-quit the run over one bad frame. You log what fired it, you learn the trigger, you re-run. The streak restarts; the data stays.

If you slipped, write exactly what triggered it. No shame, just intel. Then start day one again.
  11. 11

    What gets counted gets beaten

A streak you can see is a streak you defend. Untracked, the loop lies to you about how you are doing. Put a number on it. Watch the days stack and feel it get harder to break the chain.

Start a streak counter today. Day 1. Log it somewhere you will see it tomorrow morning.
  12. 12

    Some levels need a team

Drop the swagger for one card, because this one is real. If your vice is alcohol, hard drugs, or self-harm, this is not a solo fight - withdrawal can be deadly. Getting a doctor, a hotline, or one real human in your corner is not weakness. It is strength, and it is the move.

  13. 13

Clear it: one clean day, logged

You do not win this in a month. You win it today - one full clean day, start to finish, no autopilot. That single logged day is proof the loop can be broken, and proof it will lose again. Get the day. Log the day. Level cleared.

Go get one clean day. When you reach the end untouched, write it down: 'Day 1, clean.' Then run it back tomorrow.
DONE

Reading is not doing. Wire every node - do it with the tool, log the proof, mark it done. Finish them all to seal LEVEL CLEARED (+50).

LEVEL CLEARED - +50 banked, and a notebook to show for it. Go clear another.
